Double hung window balancers needed

Thanks for writing in. This indeed looks like a S795-34 with a stamp option of 34B. Just confirm that the metal channel is 34" long to be safe. It also looks like you'll need to swap out the 15-194 1" T-Lock Shoe with the shoe that comes installed by default with the Series 795 (our 15-195). Before you order anything, though, you're absolutely right that the fact your balance uses a hook like our 15-198, instead of a screw-on attachment, is an issue. Can we see a picture of the hole in the window track where that hook attaches to? Depending on its shape, we have a few options that could work for you. Many thanks.
