Entire crank unit needs replacing. Two or tree turns before engaging and slips when trying to complete closure, so closing is not possible using only crank

Start by looking at our 39-013 and 39-014 Straight Arm Operators. These operators have straight arms that are 13-1/2" long. Please compare to your old hardware and see if these match what you need.

The customer measured the arm on the current crank, and it's actually closer to 9". Do you have one like that? Also, please note that the current assembly has a second bar attached (pic in original query.)

Sure, how about our 39-027E? This has a 9-1/2" long arm if you measure to the gear, as shown below. We also sell the 39-028E for the opposite side.

Dimensions for 39-027e
