Help figuring out parts

A quick learner from Pennsylvania, USA says:
We just bought a house and the windows are around 20 years old. When we started tilting the windows in to replace weather stripping a lot of the plastic brackets broke. Most likely from years of not being tilted. Now the windows don't slide up and down in the tracks. You need a ton of force to open and close them. I need help identifying these parts so i can get them working again. Also, A couple of the metal parts that go into the bracket also snapped.

Hello!

Your pivot shoe is a match for our 15-199 that's designed to use the 1/2" Series 160 or the 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. If you need a new double coil support and your springs are 1/2" wide, see the 15-150D. If they're 3/8" wide, see the 15-204 double support instead.

We can help identify the pivot bar but we would need to see an undamaged version removed from the sash to compare to our inventory.
