Help identifying replacement part

Hello, the plastic piece around my pivot shoe on my window balance broke. The balance coil itself is stamped with “406L”. I need help identifying the part that can replace the plastic piece that broke. Thank you!

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! You have an older discontinued, Simonton coil balance assembly. We suggest using the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe to replace the one you have.

You'll need to replace the pivot bar with the 26-083 since your existing pivot bar will not be compatible.

This should is compatible with the Series 159 Coil Balance. The S159-06 will replace the coil marked with the 406L stamp, but you'll need to double check that the other coils has the same stamp. You may also need the 15-256 to replace the cover, if your assembly uses one.
