Wright 9389 actuator

Question

Hello.  I have a wood framed window, gold colored crank, and single arm bearing the name Wright and the number 9389 on it.  Looks like I need two of these, the handle turns but feels like the gear teeth have worn away.

Your operator is a similar style to the 39-013 and 39-014 Straight Arm Operator, which measure 13-1/2" long.
