I just discovered that of the two sizes of windows we have, the other size has a triple coil, with a different cover. Pictures attached.

One more. I had a triple coil spring that was blown and got a pic of the imprint. Will, the spring for the triple coil be the same as the spring for the double?

Hey there. The pivot shoe looks like the 15-199. For the coil springs, measure the width of the tape. If it's 1/2", see the Series 160. If it's 3/8", see the Series 165.

The issue that I'm having at the moment is about the spring coil covers. The existing covers have a sloped top end like the one in the foreground of the attached photo. The ones that I just purchased from Swisco have a squared off top end, like the one in the background of the photo. After installing one of the new ones, I discovered that the side release latches on the windows (that allow you to tilt the window out) do not slide over the squared off versions.
I tried to find ones on your site that had the sloped top end, but I could not find them in the 1/2" size.
Can you help me locate the part number that I would need for both the double coil and triple coil versions?

I think I see the problem. You ordered the 3/8" Series 165 Coil balance springs. However the covers you ordered are for the 1/2" Series 160 springs. You need the covers that work with the 3/8" springs: See the 15-204, 15-205 and 15-206. Let me know if you have further questions.
