Please review the 39-013 and 39-014 or the 39-027E and 39-028E operators depending on the length of the arm. Along with the 39-114L handle. 

For a new track, see the 39-533, 39-505 or 39-507 to see which aligns to your original.

Also review the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track or the 36-049 with a 14" sill track. Compare to your originals to confirm a good fit! Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.
