A home owner from New York says:
Hello,

We need help deciding on which parts to get to replace the the entire crank mechanism (hinge arms, track, operator) on our 1980's Hurd double casement windows (left and right). Could someone help with this?

Double casement widow width each 17.5"

House built in 1982-4

Thank you

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hello there. For the operators, look at either our 39-027E and 39-028E 9-1/2" straight arm operators, along with their 39-533 track; or the 39-013 and 39-014 13-1/2" straight arm operators with the 39-505 track. Compare the dimensions to see which set you need. For a new hinge set, check out the 36-004-10; see if these dimensions match.
