Thanks for posting. See either our 39-013 and 39-014 operators with a 13-1/2" long straight arm, or the 39-027E and 39-028E operators with a 9-1/2" arm. Compare both with your old mechanisms and see if either pair match what you have.

One issue is that your operator's arm has that offset near the base. The sets that I recommended do not have this. I cannot guarantee whether or not that will be an issue; unfortunately, we carry nothing closer. You could always try these, and if they prove not to work, return them via our Return Policy here.
