Please review the style of the 17/32" thick 15-199 pivot shoe that is compatible with the 3/8" thick Series 165 or the Series 160 1/2" thick coil springs. Compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit!

Match up the number on the coils to determine the weighted options needed. See the compatible covers on the Coil Series product page.

With a 3/8" thick coil, you will need the Series 165 coil springs? Are all three coils stamped with the number #4? If so, see the S165-4 coil along with the 15-205 triple support. 

This will give you 12 pounds of support on each side for a total sash weight of 24 pounds. If there is any uncertainty, we recommend weighing the sash to confirm the sash weight.
