Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe looks like it might be our 15-111, but you'll need to closely compare to confirm. This shoe works with our Series 160 1/2" Coil Springs or Series 3/8" springs. You'll have to measure the thickness of your old springs to confirm what you need. To know what spring weights to select, look for stamp numbers on your coil springs. If there are none or you are uncertain, give us the exact weight of your window sash and we will work out what you need. For new housing, see our 15-150D, 15-150T, or 15-150Q, depending on how many springs you need on each side of the sash.
