Looks like correct part but Need a shorter jointed arm

I ordered new 39-031 and 39-032 cranks for windows and the part looks exactly the same but the arm on the flexing joint is too long. Everything else is exactly the same except this one piece. I have attached one picture of the "original" piece and one of the new one that blocks the window from closing.

It's possible you have our 39-155 and 39-156. These have shorter arms at 3-15/16", which is about 5/8" shorter than the arms on the 39-031 and 39-032 that you purchased. Let me know what you think.

We sure can! This looks like an older version of our 39-036. I am confident that this will work for you as a replacement. The opposite side would be our 39-035.
