We have seen operators similar to yours in the past. Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement but we have mentioned the 39-013 and 39-014, including the related items shown on our product pages, as possible replacements. Take a look at another customer post here showing a similar operator assembly to confirm if yours is the same and if you might be able to adapt our operators to work for your window.
