Thanks for posting. Your balance shoe resembles our 15-210 (1-1/4" wide x 9/16" thick), while the balances themselves look like our Series 770. If you agree, you would need a S770-24 for the top sash and the S770-26 for the bottom sash. Let me know if you agree!
A quick learner from San Jose, CA says:
I looked up the 15-210 and it looks correct by measuring the channel. What is the difference between the 15-210 and the 15-129? Regardless, yes, I would agree on the series 770 and can order these when I figure out with you on the balance shoe. I have two windows actually and will replace all of them at once. And from looking at your website, the channels will be "f". So please answer on the shoes, and I will order both. One other question, it seems that they threw away the channel cover to the balances in some cases. Do you offer that plastic insert?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Either one should work for you, but the shoe you currently have is more like our 15-210. I like to replace the parts with the original whenever possible.

At this time we do not have the balance covers.
A quick learner from San Jose, CA says:
Thanks for the reply - I'll order them now
A quick learner from San Jose, CA says:
S770-26 does not come in an "F" series. The windows are high density for sound and weigh 30 lbs. Can we somehow get them ordered as such? I started procuring and noticed I did not have that option.

Of course, my apologies. We can custom make that for you. Check out this Custom Channel Balance Request Form I've started for you based on your specifications and fill out the blank fields. One of our representatives will get back to you with a price quote and an item to add to your cart.
