Need WHITE parts as below

I have 4 windows....need four left and 4

right (side frame) lock (8 total) and 2 right and

2 left for (bottom frame) sill crank (4 total)

(at least I think

that's what they're called...)

Thanks for posting, Linda. Looks like you need a new lock and operator for your casement window.

Let's start with the lock, since I know exactly what you need. Yours isn't made anymore, but our 38-097 and 38-098 were designed by the manufacturer specifically to replace your older model. The catch is that these won't work with your existing keeper. That means you'll also need a new 38-079 to go with the new locks.

The operators are going to be either our 39-027E and 39-028E, or our 39-014 and 39-013. It will depend on the length of your arm. Look these over and let me know what you think.
