Series 140 coil balance for your window. Your shoe looks like an older version of our
15-180. With that in mind, I would recommend the following parts: the
15-180 shoe;
15-181 detent clip;
15-182 bushing; and
S190-540 spring. Each of these springs can carry 5 pounds, and since you have two springs per side that's a total of 20 pounds of support. It should work fine for your window. For the pivot bar, please see our
