Need assistance with Simpton window parts

Question

I have Simpton windows in my house.  They were new in 2000. Many of the plastic parts now need to be replaced due to age, cracking, and breaking.  Can you provide me with the part information?

Sure, we can help. Looks like you need new tilt latches and a new coil balance system. Starting with the tilt latches, see our 26-243 and 26-244.

As for the coil balance, that's a little trickier. Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-199, but this is compatible with two different springs: the 1/2" Series 160 and the 3/8" thick Series 165. You'll have to measure your spring to confirm the best match. Additionally, the 1/2" spring works with the 15-150D cover and the 3/8" spring works with the 15-204 cover.
