The balance shoe in your first photo appears to be the 17/32" thick 15-199 Pivot Shoe. It is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance (uses the 15-150T coil support) or the 3/8" thick Series 165 Coil Balance (uses the 15-205 coil support). To determine which of these is the one needed to complete your assembly, you'll need to confirm the thickness of your coil.

Once you've confirmed the series, you'll need to double check the stamps/markings from all of the coils to confirm the correct spring tension. If they are hard to read or your are uncertain, the best thing to do would be to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window (in your case, 6).

We do not have a direct replacement for your sweep locks but our 90-274 or 90-278 should work for your repairs. You'll need to compare the dimensions to determine which of these is the one you'll need.

To replace the tilt latches, consider the 26-243 and 26-244. If the dimensions are not a match, I'll need to know your exact dimensions written out.
