Need new windows cranks
Thanks for writing in! It is difficult to tell without seeing the entire operator but your casement operator looks like it could be an older version of our 39-028E. It's opposite handed version is part 39-027E. To confirm that this is the right replacement, carefully compare the dimensions shown below.
You'll also want to be mindful of the wheel at the end of the arm. If this is offset, then the 39-028E wouldn't be the correct replacement.
If they are not a match, I'll need to know the measurement for the length of your arm and I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator.
Thanks for the photo. Your casement operator does appear to be the 39-028E. To confirm that the measurement's are a match carefully compare the dimensions as shown in the diagram. The measurement appears to be a slightly off in the photo and the best way to confirm will be to compare the dimensions as shown.
The operator shown in your new photo is similar to the one shown in your submissions from last year above. Take a look and see if the 39-028E that Jasmine recommended could work for this application. If your arm is larger, we also offer the 13-1/2" long 39-013 and 39-014 operators. Take a look and see if one of these options could work for your repair.
