Need replacement crank windows do not shut

I think my arm on the left is longer than 3 1/8. My arm on the left is 5in and the first arm to middle of teeth is almost 5in as well. The entire device is about 11in long.

39-316 looks like it, but your base is more round....does that matter?
Also, do you accept returns if it doesn't fit? Or do you sell your products in stores?

Nah, the shape of the base doesn't really matter. As long as the arms and mounting plate are the same you should be okay.
