Hello there!

Start by taking a look at our 39-027E and 39-028E operators. Look over our dimensions and compare them with yours to see if these match up to your original assembly.

A home owner from Oakville, Ontario, canada says:
Hi Emily,
thanks for the info - quite helpful.
I compared the measurements, and find that the 39-027E could be a good match, except that the operator is too short - mine is 13" in length. Do you have a different model to recommend?

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Sure, we don't have an operator in this style with a 13" long arm but see our 39-013 and 39-014. The arm for these measures 13-1/2" long when measured from wheel center to gear center. Take a look and see if this is a better match.
