New window crank arm?

A home owner from Usa says:
Hello, my window that I need to crank open has stopped working. Hoping replacing the crank mechanism verse new window. The arms at the bottom say "Wright" and 2006. The actual crank handle says "semco". It keeps slipping when trying to crank, I've tightened the screw on handle but doesn't work still slips.
Help identifying replacement t part would be wonderful!

Thank you,
Kate

Hi Kate. This looks like either our 39-013 and 39-014 13-1/2" Straight Arm Operator, or the 39-027E and 39-028E 9-1/2" straight arm operators. Please compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case for a new handle, consider the 39-114L
