Hello there. We may be able to help, but we'll need photos of your window operators to narrow down exactly what you are working with. A bird's eye view, with either the operator assembly removed from the window or at least with the window open, would be best--that way we can fully identify what you have, and we'll do our best to help from there. 

Thanks for getting back to me. This looks like either the 39-013 and 39-014 Straight Arm Operators, or the 39-027E and 39-028E. The difference between these two sets is the length of the link arm, so compare with your old hardware and let me know if either matches what you have. For new handles, see the 39-114L.
