Thanks for posting, Jason. Can you confirm the size of your operator arms? It's hard tot ell. I think you could either use our 39-027E and 39-028E, which have 9-1/2" long arms, or our 39-013 and 39-014, which have 13-1/2" long arms.

I think the 13 1/4" would work. The arm is around 13 1/4. Thanks for the info. What handle would I use for that.

The 39-013 and 39-014 can use either our 39-114L or 39-205.

Hello, I have a 1960's wooden casement window with an operator with RIMCO stamped on it that looks exactly like Jason's in above picture. It also appears to be a dual arm operator. Shouldn't it be replaced with another dual arm operator instead of the 39-027E which looks to be a single arm operator. Please advise. I need 9/12" left hand operator.

Regards,

Paul

Thanks for reaching out to us. The operator in the above photo is a single arm operator. The secondary arm you see underneath it is in fact part of the hinge, which is a separate and distinct part.

If you're certain that your operator has two arms, not one, then you don't have the same hardware as what Jason submitted. In that scenario we would need photos from you in order to determine a better option.
