The bottom of the silver opener part shows a 13 in a circle and says US Canada Patent 2006

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-023, 39-477 or 39-487 operators. The main difference between the three styles is the length of the arm.

Take a look and let us know how they compare to your original!

The 39-023 appears to be the closest, but the arm on the original actually appears to be a bit longer, closer to 13 inches. Is there a version in that length?

We do carry the 39-406 operator that resembles yours except that it is installed at the front of the operator base. However, yours is installed with screws at the back. If you were to use the 39-406 operator, you would need to install the 33-205 threaded nut in the screws holes in the operator so that you could still install it as a rear mount. Take a look at the suggested parts, along with the related videos and let me know what you think!
