Operator Identification

Landlord from Chicago
I have a few operators that work to open the window and close the window up until the last 3-4 inches or so. I have to help the window close by pulling it in. Would changing the operators help fix this issue? I am assuming one of the gears may be worn from tenants trying to close the windows when the locks were locked and may have stripped the gears.

For the Awning Operator, see if our 39-239C adds up. You can use the 39-451 Cover & Handle with this. For the Casement Operators, they appear to be either 39-253LB & 39-253RB, or the 39-438B & 39-439B. The key difference between these two sets of operators are the appendages at the end of the straight arms. The 39-253LB and 39-253RB use a square track slider sold separately, our 39-529, while the 39-438B and 39-439B use a rectangular black slider that comes built-in to the straight arm. This slight difference effects window compatibility, so be sure to confirm what you have.
