"Truth hardware" on all parts
RH parts all inscribed with the number "5" and lettters "RH"

LH parts inscribed with "LH" and number "6"

13.5 LH & RH operators inscribed with "40055"

9.5 LH & RH operators inscribed with "40056"

House was built in 1984 and these look original. Ignore colors.

To further review, please provide pictures of the original operators in question. We will need to see a clear image of the operator base and arm. From there we can compare to our selection to determine the best match. Thank you!

Looking at your original, it appears you have older versions of the 39-013 and 39-014 along with the 39-027E and 39-028E operators.

Does one of the operators have the wheel broken off of?

Take a look and let me know what you think!

I see an order was already placed for these styles. Did you have any issue with them?

Thanks for the reply! Those are the parts I ordered and have to return. The Swissco 39-013/014 and the 39-027/028E have a rounded top (the part of the operator next to the crank post); my operators are flat on top. Result: My window sill does not install flush against the Swissco operators, leaves about 1/4" gap. Check out the attached side view pic of my broken operator.

Unfortunately we do not carry a different option. You have an older base that has been replaced with the rounded base style as shown below. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
