Metal channel width 9/16". Length 34 1/4". Identifying number on the part is 34B BSI.
Balance shoe PAT# 4610108. Width 15/16"
This is for a tilt window. Which is the bottom sash of the unit. I will need a total of 2 sets .. so 1 for each side of the window.

Hi there!

Thank you for waiting during this busy season. Your balance is a match for the Series 795. This is designed to be screwed in at the top of the window track, but I suspect yours uses a hook like the 15-198. Can you confirm?

If it indeed uses a hook to install, this must be a custom order.

There is a hole for the top of the balance but the top sash is stationary so it works on the bottom window. I turn it with a screwdriver and put the shoe in and the balance takes it up and down.

Hmm, I'm a bit confused. Can you show us a photo of the clip attached to the end of the pulley cord?

Here is a photo of the clip attached to the end of the pulley cord. If this is custom, as you stated in your last message, what are my options?
