Do you have a match for this pivot bar? The length is 2 1/2 inch or 3". I need to verify that for you.

Hello there!

We don't sell a direct match for this pivot bar. Would it be possible to see a photo of an undamaged version removed from the window sash? It may also be helpful to see the pivot shoe.

Here you go. Are my pivot shoes damaged? Is the cam supposed to be closed on the shoe?

Thanks for getting back to us! Our 15-199 pivot shoe resembles what you show here. This is compatible with the 26-378 which looks similar to your old pivot bar. I'm afraid I don't understand your question, however. Can you tell me what you mean by "closed"?

Sure, the 15-199 uses either the 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165 but the best match ultimately depends on the width of the coil spring band.

Thank you. I see now that I just need the bracket for double coil half inch. I think the springs are fine.

In that case, see the 15-150D double support used with the S160 coil springs.

I have everything installed but not working. I don't think the pivot bar is seating into the new pivot shoe. When I asked about a shoe being open or closed I meant how the U shape of the shoe looks when you put the bar into it. Is it U shaped with an opening at the top to accept the bar? The shoes I have don't have a U shaped opening at the top of the metal part. Do I turn the cam?

It sounds like the cam is in the locked position. You want to make sure it's in the unlocked position by turning the cam as you mentioned. Let us know if this helps or if you have any other questions.
