For the pivot bar shoe, I'd like to see a similar photo of it removed from the window. I will also need to know its width and thickness.

These photos are perfect, thank you. The shoe is a dead ringer for our 15-199 and I am very confident that's what you want. We don't have your coil balance covers, since yours is a little different than ours, but we do have some that should work instead. If your springs are 1/2" thick then I recommend 15-150D. If they're 3/8" thick instead, then you can use the 15-204.

These don't act as cartridges like your old ones, which I actually quite like, but they'll keep the coils in place just as well.
