Thanks for your post! Our 15-046 Pivot Shoe is not an exact replacement match for yours but I do believe it could work for your repairs. To confirm, be sure to double check and compare the dimensions.

Your pivot bar isn't likely to be compatible with it, so you may also need something like our 26-040 or 26-089.
