Springs are 35" and have 4.5 on them. The shoe is 17/32 thick and 1.25" wide

Thanks for your post! This balance pivot shoe can be replaced with the 15-199. The support appears to be the 15-205 3/8" Egress Coil Triple Support, which is compatible with the Series 165 Coil Balance.

You'll need the S165-4 to replace the coils. Be sure to double check that all 3 are marked with a 4.5. If you are unsure, you'll need to obtain the exact sash weight and divide that by the total number of coils in the window.

I recently purchased two 15-150D supports. They fit perfectly, but is like then to be curved so I don't keep breaking the window latches. Do you make these in 1/2"? I can't find them on your site. Thanks.

Hi there! Jasmine isn't here today but I'd be happy to help. Your old cover looks like a better match for the 15-205, which is what Jasmine recommended in her reply. This is designed to work with 3/8" wide coil springs. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
