Replacing the old spiral balances in my windows, but got the wrong size pivot shoe.
I got the S900-29 and the 15-045 pivot shoe to go with it, but the shoe is too small for the track. In the image is the old shoe to the right. I measured it at 1.5 in tall, 1.25 wide, and about 17/32 thick (i think?).
Which shoe would be the correct one to get? I currently can't put my window back D:

Hi Daniel,
Your pivot shoe may be a better match for the 15-015, 15-046, or 15-047. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to double check the thickness of your existing shoe.
Take a look over their dimensions on the website to determine which of them might be the best replacement option.
They are compatible with pivot bars like the 26-040 or 26-089.
