Covers needed for dual coils #5 35" pat5232298. Also pivot shoes for tilting window 1.25 inch wide by 1.5 inch high by 17/32 inch thick

Your coil springs look like our 3/8" wide S165-5. This is meant to be used with a 15-204 dual spring cover. It can also be used with a 15-199 pivot shoe. See what you think of this hardware.
