Good morning! Looks like you need a new pivot shoe and pivot bar. The pivot bar looks close to our 26-378, though I don't think your shoe is made anymore.

Could you perhaps use our 15-152 as a substitute? It's very similar and should be compatible with the pivot bar and spiral balance, but my major concern is that it's 9/16" thick, not 1/2". Would that be alright?

I think the 9/16 would be too thick in the track. Is it possible to try a different pivot pin and shoe.

I was looking at 15-046 and 26-040.

The 15-046 will definitely fit in the track, and it will be compatible with your spiral balance, but I do worry as to whether the 26-040 will fit in the sash the same way as the original. If you think you can manage that then I see no reason why this setup wouldn't work.
