Replacement coil spring

Question

Hi,
Please help me select the correct replacement coil spring for a Certainteed BrynMawr II vinyl window installed in 2003, lower sash. The sash is 28.5 inches high and weighs 21 lbs. The original spring is bronze, 1/2 " wide. "S6" is very faintly stamped on the spring above the screw. I don't see an exact match on your website. Thanks.

This exact balance shoe is no longer available but we're quite confident the 17/32" thick 15-199 Pivot Shoe will work to replace it. Carefully look over the specifications and compare them to confirm.

It is most commonly used with the 26-378 Pivot Bar.

You'll need the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil Balance to replace your coils. Given the 21lb sash weight, you'll need the S160-05 5lb coils. For the coil support, take a look at the 15-150D Coil Double Support.
