Replacement parts for 20 yr old windows

Question

The opposite end of the hook appears to be a bolt/pin that fits into the window and it has rusted away.

I also need the rusted replacement pin/part attached to the window (looks to be with one screw).

Thanks for posting! This window balance can likely be replaced with our Series 795 Channel Balance. Although, to determine the correct replacement, I'll need to see a clearer photo of the hook/clip at the top of the balance. I'll also need to know the stamp/marking from the metal channel.

The pivot bar you have is a u-shaped pivot bar, like either the 26-040 or the 26-089, but the 15-195 shoe is most often used with the 26-021 Pivot Bar. Carefully review and compare each of them to determine the correct replacement for the repair. Be sure to double check the installation hole placements.
