Coil balance shoe

Question

We have a bay window with two series 4000 double hung (model 3B01) and both the pivot shoes broke on one of the windows. It looks similar to 15-177, but ours has a hole just above the metal shoe.Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed, but your part resembles the part shown in another customer's post here. If so, we suggest the S140 coil balance as a replacement. If you decide to go that route, you'll also need to replace the original pivot bars with something like our 26-398 or 26-405. Take a look and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
