What balance do I need for this window? 0003281501
It's 2 spring and I think 3/8 spring width

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window to determine what coil springs you'll need.

Perfect! This looks like a match for our 15-111 pivot shoe which is designed to used the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs. We suggest double checking the thickness of your old spring to confirm it's also 1/2". For a new cover, see the 15-150D, 15-150T, 15-150S and 15-150Q depending on have many coils you have on both sides of the window.
