Hello! This operator looks like it would be a good match for our 39-014 and 39-013. I think yours is just an older style.

I recommend checking the arm size first, however, to confirm that it lines up with your original.

A quick learner says:
Do you carry that style with a 9.5 inch arm. It The arm is 91/2

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Sure, that would be the 39-027E and 39-028E. The arm measurements for these operator better match your dimensions.

Please note that the 3" measurement you see in that diagram is not the width of the base, it's the spacing between the two outermost screw hole centers. Even then it's not really a vital dimension. These screw bases come with multiple different screw hole positions to accommodate many different kinds of windows, including your own.

As for your arm not being straight, I'm not sure what you mean. Looking at your photo it appears straight to me. Can you clarify what you mean?

A quick learner says:
Near the gear, appears to have an angle. If it doesn't matter, I will purchase the 91/2".

Tom from SWISCO responded:

All operators have that angle, including the 39-027E and 39-028E. It's a little hard to see at first since we show the operator in the closed position, but you should be able to make it out if you give it a close look.

A quick learner says:
The part was delivered without a crank to open and close the window!

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Our operators unfortunately don't come with handles. They are only sold as shown in their product photos.

You can always just reuse your old handles. If that's not something you want to do, you can see a list of compatible handles on the 39-027E and 39-028E store page under "Related Item(s)."
