Is there any way to replace the nylon roller on these operators. Truth 45251

Look at our 39-365 & 39-366 Single Arm Operators to start. Compare the dimensions to your old operator to see if they could work for you. If you need a new handle set, see our 39-205.

Just to confirm what Bob has recommended, could you confirm that this is the entire operator. It looks like you might have had something like our 39-318 split-arm operator. Take a look at an undamaged operator and see which one it matches up to.

The picture is the operator. There are no other pieces. It is no a split arm. It is around 6" long not 9 or 12.

Maybe I can help. I see you ordered the 39-254E and 39-255E 7-1/2" Straight Arm Operators some time ago. Honestly I think these are your closest match. Did you try using those operators for this window? If so, what problem did you have in getting them to work? Let us know, because despite being a bit longer than your original operator, there might be ways to get them to work for you. Just let us know.
