Semco or Truth casement window hardware

A handy person from Holmen WI says:
March 19, 2022
Bought an older house. Has 3 39x22.5 top hinged casement windows.
Crank say "SEMCO" side latches sat "Truth 31705"

Latches and cranks are stripped\broken.

We need 3 full opening assemble us and 6 side latch assemblies.

This operator looks like a very close match for our 39-083. Look it over and see if this would be a good match.

The latch looks like our 38-144, but it's very small in your photo so I'm not 100% sure about that. Just note that this is a newer version lock. If your window is particularly old then it won't be compatible with your old keepers. In that scenario you would additionally need the new 38-276 and 38-277.

Hello! Your operator appears to be an older version of our 39-013. I think this may be what you want, but review our specs and let me know what you think. We also sell the 39-014 operator for the opposite handed side, if you needed that.
