Series 140 balance system cam is too small for pivot bar

Hello,

I bought the S140-13 Quick Tilt Balance thinking it would be a drop in replacement/upgrade for my broken coil balance. So far it seems the width and depth are about right (haven't fully tested the fit yet).

Unfortunately when I tested the fit of the sash pivot, the S140 shoe is just a bit small. Is there a sash pivot I can buy to replace the existing one or should I return the S140 and try to find the correct shoe/balance for the window? I've attached some images for reference in case they're helpful (some dimensions).

Hello, thanks for contacting us. Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with our hardware. Unfortunately, we do not have any pivot bars in your style that can work with the Series 140 coil balance shoe. I would recommend returning it for a refund and going with our 15-177 pivot shoe and Series 152 spring instead.
