Could you please assist in silver line tilt block and tackle balance part replacement (Total of 2) if they are available and how much will it cost to deliver to Charlotte, NC. Please find attached photos for your reference.

Hi, Hussam.

You didn't give the length of the balance channel but we were able to read the markings on the balance which appear to be 24-5. For Silverline tilt balance, you will need the S765-25 with the 24-5 spring stamp weight. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.

Take a look at the parts we have related for you on this page. You'll just need to remove the pivot shoe from the window track to confirm it aligns with the specifications of the 15-046.
