Hello there!

We don't carry your exact pivot shoe but it resembles our 15-199, which uses the Series 160 and Series 165 coil springs. Take a look and make sure to confirm that the width and thickness of the 15-199 match your dimensions. As for the pivot bar, see if our 26-378 matches up to your original.

So I'm assuming I need to order 4 springs 2 for each side ?

If that is what you had originally, then yes; so long as the spring weights are within a pound of your sash's actual weight. If your coils are 1/2" wide, see the Series 160. If they're 3/8" wide, see the Series 165 instead.

The springs all broke into pieces on both sides so I'm unsure of the number of springs required for each side.

The coil supports in your pictures look to be for double coils, which means you most likely had two coils on each side of the window.

The number stamped on your coil spring represents the weight. If your coils are 1/2" wide, you'll need (2) S160-10 on each side of the window. This totals 40 pounds of overall support.

If your coils are 3/8" wide, you can use (4) S165-5 on each side of the window. I know you originally had two coils on each side, but this should still be fine since this totals 40 pounds of overall support.

Let me know if this makes sense.
