Looking for springs and housings. The track is 1/2" wide and the windows pivot. I could use help sourcing the proper parts. Springs are #4, sash weighs 25 pounds. The blocks seem ok, but if they need to be changed also it's fine. The home is under contract, we just need the windows to open and close.

Hello, Jeff. Your pivot shoe appears to match our 15-199. This is compatible with a couple different spring sizes, but based on the design of the old cover I think you have the 3/8" thick Series 165. You should measure your old spring just to be 100% sure.
Assuming this is the 3/8", then you can use either our 15-204 or 15-205 cover, depending on how many springs are in use per side.
