Simonton Window Replacement Parts

Hello,

Need assistance identifying the correct replacement parts for a Simonton Double Hung 35.5 x 53.5 Contractor Series Window from 2005. I believe I have the correct Tilt Latches identified?#26-243 (LH) and #26-244 (RH) ? need 2 of each for top and bottom sash. I also believe I have the correct 3" Pivot Bars identified?#26-378 ? need 4.

Need help identifying the correct Pivot Shoes, Coil Springs/Window Balances and the Plastic Covers that go over the Coil Springs. In addition to the attached pictures provided, here's some additional information that should help. The metal Coil Springs measure exactly ½" in width. The coil spring to the left in pic #1 says 4.5 35" on it. The coil spring to the right in pic says 5.5 35" on it.

I will need replacement Pivot Shoes, Coil Springs/Window Balances and Plastic Covers for both top and bottom sashes. Please let me know if you can recommend the Swisco Item #'s that I should order.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 15-199 pivot shoe, which is compatible with the 1/2" wide S160-4 coil springs, to your parts. As for the balance cover, see the 15-150D double support. Thanks for posting!
