Question

Hi - I'm looking for the correct parts to replace the pivot shoes and coil balance system for Simonton windows.  Could you please tell me which parts I need to order?  Thank you!

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! Your Simonton pivot shoe can be replaced with the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. Since your coil balance support appears to be the 15-205 3/8" Egress Coil Triple Support, you'll need the Series 165 coil balances to complete your assembly. The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378.

Regarding the coils, you'll need to look for the stamps/markings on the coil to determine the exact coils you'll need from the list of coils. The stamps represent the amount of weight a coil can support.
