Simonton window balance assembly

Hello, looking for best fit/replacement parts for the simonton double hung window balance asembly parts. The balance shoe broke on multiple windows, coils 406 and 405 seem to be intact.

Thanks for reaching out! The balance shoe you have is an older, discontinued Simonton coil shoe. Our recommendation to replace it is the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe. To confirm that this will be a fit in the window track, carefully look over the dimensions below.

Your existing pivot bar will not be compatible, so you'll need the 26-083 to replace it.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 159 Coil Balance. You'll need the S159-05 for the spring marked with 405 and the S159-06 for the one marked with 406. The compatible cover is the 15-256 3/4" Coil Double Support.
