Simonton window hardware replacement parts

A quick learner from Hamburg, New York says:
Need 10 left and 10 right complete replacement for what I believe what you refer to as a constant force balance system.
I have Simonton double hung windows, manufactured 7/11. Part # on existing is 801020.
Need exact replacement, including piviot shoe, coil spring and coil spring cover.
Believe that's available as a prepackaged unit ?
Also need to verify that your sash piviot bar, model # 26-378, is correct.
Please advise,
Thanks. Bill

Hello,

The 15-199 pivot shoe is compatible with the 26-378 pivot bar. The coil springs would be the Series 160. There should be a spring weight number stamped on the end of the original coil spring; this number will tell you the spring weight you need to select for each replacement spring. If there is no number or you are uncertain, provide us the exact weight of the window sash that these coil balances support, and we'll work out the spring weights you need. If you need the nylon coil spring cover replaced, see our 15-150D. The video below shows how to remove and replace this coil balance system; it specifically shows a system with triple springs on each side of the sash, but the principles should nonetheless apply to your situation as well. Thank you, and let us know if you have further inquiries.
