Hello, The 15-199 pivot shoe is compatible with the 26-378 pivot bar. The coil springs would be the Series 160. There should be a spring weight number stamped on the end of the original coil spring; this number will tell you the spring weight you need to select for each replacement spring. If there is no number or you are uncertain, provide us the exact weight of the window sash that these coil balances support, and we'll work out the spring weights you need. The video below shows how to remove and replace this coil balance system; it specifically shows a system with triple springs on each side of the sash, but the principles should nonetheless apply to your situation as well.
